A library was setup during 1966 and became full fledged during 1978....


A well equipped laboratory for students was established during 1950....


THE VIGYAN MANCH was established during 1966 as a good source of knowledgebase and database for the students....


The New English Junior College was established during 1988.....


The Bifocal Electronics was started during 2002-03....


The MINIMUM COMPETENCY VOCATIONAL COURSE (MCVC) was started during 1990.....

The first building of New English was on rent basis of Rs. 50/- per month....!                                                       On 23rd of September, 1927 it shifted to the Marathe's Banglow with a rent of Rs. 25/- per month...                                                       On 1st of April, 1929, another banglow of Shri. Khanzode was also taken on rent basis....                                                       On 23rd of June, 1930, the school was continued at the place of Shri. M.G. Shirsalkar for about one year....                                                                    Finally in 1948, it shifted to its OWN BUILDING...!!!

1983 : Jubilee English School, Murtizapur to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Murtizapur High School.
1992 : Marathi Primary School was set up and named "Vandemataram" to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Gandhiji's ' Quit India' movement.
1997 : Establishment of Girls School named after 'Jijaoo' inspired her son. Chhatrapati Shivaji the founder Marathi Swaraj to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Indian Independence.
2002 : Celebration of Platinum Jubilee of the society and NEHS. Publication of 'Amrutanubhav' a souvenir to commemorate the event.
2004 : Establishment of Akola Law College.
