History of our
society...
It is better to look into the past so
as to learn from it and prepare for the betterment of future.
Our society was established on the auspicious day
of Tilak Jayanti on July 23rd, 1927. The society commenced educational
activities in the same year by starting
New English School,
with a student strength of about 20 students on its roll.
It was declared that time that the persons who
are prepare to pay an annual membership fees of Rs. 25/- or Rs. 100/- (at a
stroke or in two installments) will become the member of the society. Along with
that following members were selected as the prime members of the society...

On 1st of January, 1932, the panel of life
members was formed. The life members were Shri. S. J.
Kulkarni,
Shri. K.L. Khambalkar and Shri. D.H. Mandawgane. You can

1927 : New English High School was established
1936 : Murtizapur High School, Murtizapur.
1948 : Construction of Building for NEHS foundation of Jr. College
MCVC
1978 : Jubilee English K.G., Primary & High School to commemorate
the Golden of the society.
1983 : Jubilee English School, Murtizapur to commemorate the Golden
Jubilee of Murtizapur High School.
1992 : Marathi Primary School was set up and named "Vandemataram" to
commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Gandhiji's ' Quit India' movement.
1997 : Establishment of Girls School named after 'Jijaoo' inspired
her son. Chhatrapati Shivaji the founder Marathi Swaraj to celebrate
the Golden Jubilee of Indian Independence.
2002 : Celebration of Platinum Jubilee of the society and NEHS.
Publication of 'Amrutanubhav' a souvenir to commemorate the event.
2004 : Establishment of Akola Law College.
2004 : G. D. Platinum Jubilee K.G. & Primary School, Kharap.
2006 : Launching of Jubilee High School {CBSE Course} Kumbhari
2009 : Setting up the Post Graduate Dept. of Law i.e. LL. M.
2009 : Launching of Platinum Jubilee High School, Kharap.
