ADMISSIONS
Students seeking admission must be introduced by their parents or Guardians who
shall be responsible for their fees, regular attendance and good conduct.
A candidate who has attended any recognized school must produce a leaving
certificate from that school duly countersigned by the Education Officer of the
State.
A month’s notice is to be given for the withdrawal of a pupil otherwise fees
will be charged. The notice of withdrawal should be given in writing by the
parent of the Guardian and not by the students.
NO Leaving Certificate will be issued, unless all school dues are paid. A fee of
Rs.10/- will be charged for duplicate copy of the Leaving Certificate. Transfer
certificate will be issued 10 days after the receipt of the application.
The decision of the school management shall be final and conclusive in the
matter of admission to the school and leaving the school.
The following categories of pupil may be required to be withdrawn from the
school without showing any cause.
Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to
profit from the educational programme of the school.
Those whose fee is in arrears for more than two months.
Those whose behavior and conduct in the opinion of the principal is harmful to
the interest of the school.
students who are re-admitted will have to pay the admission fee again.

DISCIPLINE
Students will not be allowed to appear for unit tests / terminal Examinations
unless all the dues are paid up to date.
Students should observe good manners, wherever they are, to bring credit to
themselves, to their parents and to their school. Be punctual and regular in all
activities. Abide by the school Rules. It is conducive to harmonies resulting in
SELF-IMPOSED discipline.
Observe personal cleanliness and keep the school premises neat and clean.
Students are caretakers of the school property. Any damage done to the school
property should be brought to the notice of the principal. Those who cause
damage, shall have to make good the loss.
The school will not hold itself responsible for any things lost. Students must
look after their own articles.
Cycles must be locked at the cycle stand. Riding in the school compound is
strictly prohibited. Parents and student are strictly instructed not to bring
two wheelers/ cars in school premises.
No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school building. Teasing fellow
students is strictly forbidden.
All must go to the place assigned at the first bell. At the second bell there
must be silence and at the third bell the prayers will be said. Students will
then go to their classes in silence and in single file. Students should reach
their classrooms as soon as the recess is over.
When students change classes, go in or come out of the class, and walk up and
down the stairs, they must keep silence and be in single file, keeping to the
left of the route always.
Any type of concession, scholarships or awards given shall be liable to be
withdrawn for misconduct, irregular attendance or failure to maintain scholastic
standard.
Parents/guardians are strictly forbidden to meet the teachers of their wards
during class hours. Entering a class room during class hours is not allowed.
Permission need to be obtained from the principal in unavoidable circumstances.
Parents / Guardians should take back their wards immediately after the school
gets over.
